GoHomeNow ("we", "our", "us") operates the GoHomeNow mobile app, which helps
people find dogs to adopt and plan for a successful adoption. This policy explains

- Adoption profile answers — the housing type, work schedule, budget, activity level,
experience level, household composition, and city you provide during onboarding, so we can
match you with suitable dogs.
- Account information — if you create an account, your email address and any
profile details you choose to add.
- Usage and device data — basic app usage and diagnostic data (e.g. crash logs,
app version, device type) used to keep the app working reliably.
- Communications — if you contact us for support, we keep the information you send us.
We do not require and do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, or
payment card details unless you explicitly provide them (for example, to complete a
subscription purchase, which is processed by Apple and not stored by us).
How We Use Information
- To match you with dogs and shelters that fit your lifestyle and budget.
- To connect you, at your request, with partner vets, trainers, groomers, or insurers.
- To improve matching quality and app reliability.
- To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With shelters or partners you choose to connect with through the app.
- With service providers who help us run the app (e.g. hosting, analytics, crash reporting),
under obligations to protect your data.
- If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GoHomeNow or others.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the app's features, or until
you ask us to delete it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by

Children's Privacy
GoHomeNow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
information from children under 13.
